Supporting Hospitality Workers When They Need It
The Bella Hospitality Workers Relief Fund is a voluntary, community-supported initiative that provides temporary financial assistance to hospitality workers experiencing hardship due to delayed, interrupted, irregular, or otherwise unavailable income beyond their control.
Our goal is to offer compassionate, short-term support while recognizing that employers remain legally responsible for paying wages, gratuities, and all other employment-related entitlements required by law.

Whether you’re facing delayed wages, reduced hours, housing insecurity, food or utility concerns, transportation issues, or an unforeseen personal emergency, our goal is to connect you with compassionate support and practical resources that can help you get back on your feet.
The Bella Hospitality Workers Relief Fund believes that no one should have to face life’s toughest moments alone. Through community partnerships, referrals, educational resources, and voluntary assistance initiatives, we strive to provide hope, dignity, and meaningful support to the people who keep our hospitality industry running.
We also encourage workers to learn about their rights, explore available local services, and access trusted organizations that can provide additional guidance and assistance. While our support is community-driven and subject to available resources, our commitment to helping hospitality workers navigate difficult times remains at the heart of everything we do.
Together, we can build a stronger, more resilient hospitality community—one founded on compassion, respect, and the belief that supporting one another creates a better future for everyone.
